PrediktPro is a prediction-market companion app. Any real-money activity happens on Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated event-contract exchange — not on PrediktPro. Even so, prediction markets involve real financial risk, and this page exists so you know where to draw the line and where to get help if you need it.

Who can use PrediktPro

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You must comply with all laws where you live. Prediction markets are not legal everywhere — it is your responsibility to check.

Healthy habits

  • Only stake what you can afford to lose. Prediction markets are not a savings vehicle, income source, or investment strategy.
  • Set limits before you start. Decide your stake size and walk away when you hit it.
  • Take breaks. If you're making predictions to feel something rather than because you have a thesis, stop.
  • Never chase losses. Doubling down to “get back to even” is the single most reliable way to lose more.

Warning signs

Stop and talk to someone if you notice yourself:

  • Spending more than you planned, or more than you can afford.
  • Lying to family or friends about how much you're staking.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when you're not on the app.
  • Using prediction markets to escape stress, boredom, or negative feelings.
  • Borrowing money, selling belongings, or skipping bills to fund stakes.
