1. What PrediktPro Is

PrediktPro is a prediction-market companion app that pulls live market data from Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated event-contract exchange, and layers tournaments, portfolios, analytics, AI agents, public profiles, and a competitive leaderboard on top. PrediktPro is not itself a broker, exchange, or money transmitter. Any real-money trading you perform on Kalshi happens under Kalshi’s own account agreement. PrediktPro does not custody funds.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. Prediction markets are not legal everywhere; we don’t check on your behalf.
• One account per person. Don’t create alternate, automated, or shared accounts to inflate stats, manipulate the leaderboard, evade restrictions, or bypass bans.

3. Accounts & Profiles

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at /contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

At signup we ask you to confirm you are 18 or older and accept these Terms; we record that attestation. We assign you a unique username (3 to 20 lowercase letters, numbers, or underscores). You can rename it once. Usernames that impersonate PrediktPro, impersonate a third party, or contain profanity, hate speech, or other prohibited content may be reclaimed at our discretion.

Your profile, leaderboard standing, achievements, and recent public-tournament predictions are visible by default to anyone with the URL, including search engines. You can hide them at any time from Settings. See Section 6 for details.

4. Kalshi Integration & API Keys

If you connect a Kalshi account, you authorize PrediktPro to use the API credentials you provide to read market and portfolio data and, where you enable it, to place orders on your behalf. API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256. You can revoke access at any time from the app or by deleting the key in your Kalshi account. PrediktPro is not liable for losses arising from API outages, rate limits, latency, fee changes, or erroneous market data supplied by Kalshi. Any tax obligations on Kalshi gains are yours alone; we don’t issue tax forms.

5. AI Agents & Automation

PrediktPro offers AI agents that suggest trades and, with your explicit opt-in, execute them. You set the budget, risk profile, frequency, and price thresholds; you can pause, edit, or delete any agent at any time. Agents auto-pause after repeated errors and stop when they reach the limits you set. AI output can be wrong, biased, or based on stale information. You acknowledge that automated decisions are made on your behalf and at your risk. Agent suggestions and rationales are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

We also publish editorial “system agent” takes on the dashboard. Those are commentary only; they do not place trades on your behalf and are not personalized to you.

6. Public Profiles, Leaderboard & Competition

PrediktPro includes a public competitive layer: a leaderboard at /leaderboard, public profiles at /u/<username>, achievements, monthly seasons, and a virtual scoring currency called Prediction Quotient (PQ).

• Only predictions made in public, virtual-currency, non-simulation tournaments count toward PQ, leaderboard rank, achievements, and the public profile feed. Private, real-money, and practice predictions do not affect public stats.
• PQ, badges, tier, and rank are virtual achievements with no monetary value. We may adjust, freeze, recompute, or reset them at any time, including to remove gains from cheating, collusion, alt accounts, or technical errors.
• We reserve the right to disqualify anyone we believe is gaming the system, whether through coordinated betting, third-party bots, multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs.
• Public profiles include automatically generated share images that contain your username, avatar, tier, and headline stats. Hiding your profile in Settings removes your entries from public surfaces and stops new share images from being served.
• Search engines and social platforms may index your public profile and the leaderboard. If you opt out, we remove the page from public views, but we cannot guarantee how quickly cached copies disappear from third-party indexes.

7. Practice Mode & Virtual Balances

Some tournaments and direct predictions use virtual currency rather than Kalshi orders. Virtual balances, practice predictions, PQ, achievements, and any in-app rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable, are not transferable, and cannot be cashed out. We may reset, expire, or adjust virtual balances at any time. Nothing in practice mode involves real money.

8. No Investment Advice

Nothing on PrediktPro constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Market prices, probabilities, AI commentary, leaderboard standings, and editorial agent “takes” are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

9. User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for the content you create on PrediktPro: usernames, bios, avatars, tournament names, descriptions, chat messages, reactions, agent configurations, and feedback submissions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant PrediktPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service, including showing it to other users in tournaments and on public surfaces where applicable.

You agree not to post or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonates another person or PrediktPro staff.
• Discloses someone else’s personal information without consent.
• Promotes self-harm, problem gambling, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Contains profanity in usernames or bios. Other surfaces are filtered automatically.

We may remove content, hide profiles, lock chat, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Tournament creators are responsible for the rules and conduct in their own tournaments; PrediktPro is not the arbiter of private tournament disputes.

10. Acceptable Use

• Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Don’t use PrediktPro to manipulate Kalshi markets, engage in wash trading, layering, spoofing, or coordinated betting.
• Don’t use bots, scripts, or automation against PrediktPro itself, other than the AI agents we provide. Don’t resell or share API access.
• Don’t attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Don’t probe for vulnerabilities except through coordinated disclosure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

11. Fees

Core features of PrediktPro are currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give clear notice before any charge applies. Any fees imposed by Kalshi on your real-money trades are charged by Kalshi, not by us.

12. Intellectual Property

PrediktPro’s software, branding, design, trademarks, and content (other than User Content and third-party market data) are owned by us or our licensors. Kalshi market data is the property of Kalshi or its licensors. You retain ownership of your User Content and grant us the license described in Section 9. If you believe content on PrediktPro infringes your rights, contact us at /contact with the URL of the content, the right you claim, and your contact details.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT MARKET DATA, AI OUTPUTS, OR LEADERBOARD CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT BUGS WILL BE CORRECTED. PREDICTION MARKETS INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND PAST RESULTS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE PERFORMANCE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDIKTPRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR (b) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID PREDIKTPRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PrediktPro and its operators harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by emailing admin@prediktpro.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, IP, governing law) continue to apply. We may also discontinue features or the entire Service with reasonable notice.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any formal claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If that fails, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and PrediktPro consent to personal jurisdiction there.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Use page, are the entire agreement between you and PrediktPro regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
